We deliver worldwide from our premises in the UK and offer a range of delivery options.
We dispatch all orders received before 12:00 on the day we receive them.*1
If a courier is unable to make a delivery because there is no one available to accept or sign for it, they will take the parcel back to your local delivery hub and may leave a note requesting you rebook the delivery for a better day. In some circumstances they will try again the next working day or leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. In the event of non-delivery, please check these possibilities before contacting us.

However, although we make every effort to make sure your goods reach you on time, we cannot guarantee delivery within the stated time as events beyond our control can cause delays.
We will send you an email when you place your order to let you know that we have received it.
We will send you a second email when we have dispatched your order, letting you know which courier we sent your order with, and the tracking number if applicable.
Some couriers may send an additional email, letting you know the day on which they will attempt delivery.
