Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with every purchase from Rimmon Judaica Ltd. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy please Contact Us and we will authorise the return of goods for refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below. 

Item no longer required, ordered in error, not suitable for the purpose I require it for, wrong size/item.

You can return your order in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. When returning undamaged items, return postage costs will not be refunded and we do not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service so that in the event of a parcel going missing you have some recourse with the courier. If we arrange the return for you, we will deduct the cost from your refund. 

Item not as described.

You can return your order in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. If we determine that our advertised picture and/or description of the product is misleading, we will also refund the return postage cost. If we determine that our advertised picture and/or description of the product is adequate, return postage costs will not be refunded. In either case, we do not accept responsibility for return parcels that get lost or damaged. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service so that in the event of a parcel going missing you have some recourse with the courier.

Item faulty or damaged or wrong item sent.

We accept returns of faulty or damaged products or products sent in error within 30 days for exchange or refund. If we require return of the item, return postage costs via an approved courier will also be refunded.

How to arrange a return.

We aim to deal with all return requests courteously and promptly. Please Contact Us by email or phone to initiate the returns process. We will advise you of the steps you need to take.

Processing refunds.

We endeavour to process refunds for returned items shortly after we have taken receipt of them, using the same means by which you paid. Please be aware that, depending on your payment method, refunds may take several days to show up in your account.

Items not eligible for return.

Certain products may not be returned unless faulty or damaged, these include:

  • Personalised products
  • Made to order products
  • Perishable products (e.g. groceries)
